Trailblazing Professors

The pioneering spirit was ubiquitous in 1969. In May of that year, the Texas Legislature and Gov. Preston Smith created Texas Tech University School of Medicine. The mission of the camp was to inspire and inform the elementary students to experience a day in the life of a medical student.
