The Relational Health Center Celebrates Two Years of Care for Families

On Friday, August 22, from 3 - 5 p.m., the Relational Health Center is celebrating its second birthday with an open house event at Covenant Children’s Hospital in Lubbock.

Join us for snacks, drinks and a self-guided tour of the space. Guests will have the opportunity to learn more about the space, and the dedicated clinicians at the Relational Health Center will be available to answer any questions about the team and the program. This is a chance for others to explore how the center is making a difference in the lives of children and families across the region.

The Relational Health Center is a unique partnership between Covenant Children’s and Texas Tech Physicians, offering expert and compassionate mental health care at Covenant Children’s Hospital, tailored specifically for young people and their families. 

The first of its kind in the region, this partnership is proud to be the only full-service outpatient pediatric mental health center in West Texas and eastern New Mexico for children and teens, providing support that’s both accessible and comprehensive.

The team of experienced clinicians offers a range of services and options for treatment, including:

  • Outpatient therapy
  • Intensive outpatient care
  • Partial hospitalization programs
  • Telehealth counseling provided directly in schools
  • Medication management

The center’s highly dedicated team is focused on helping families navigate challenges with support, understanding and expert care.

All who are interested are welcome to join the second birthday of this unique program, celebrating two years of growth, with a bright future of hope and healing for children across the region.
