Rotary Club of El Paso opens free clinic in Ysleta - ElPasoInc.com

As part of its 100th anniversary celebration, the Rotary Club of El Paso has opened RotaCare, a health clinic that offers free medical care.

Medical care is provided by resident physicians at the Paul L. Foster School of Medicine, who are working as volunteers. They are supervised by Texas Tech Physicians Dr. Richard McCallum, an internist who has been involved with the project for four years, and Dr. Pedro Blandon.
