Dr. Francis's selection is a significant representation of her passion and dedication for the field of internal medicine. She is considered to be among the best among his many years in practice.

Dr. Francis is a board-certified internist and sees her patients at the Texas Tech Health Science Center of El Paso in El Paso, Texas. Additionally, she is a teacher and does travel for conferences. The Texas Tech Health Science Center of El Paso does have close to 1,400 faculty and staff members. And many of the health care providers in their community received their training on the campus. At the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at EL Paso they create excellent opportunities for medical education, research and delivery of patient care.
