Dr. Francis is a board-certified internist and sees her patients at the Texas Tech Health Science Center of El Paso in El Paso, Texas. Additionally, she is a teacher and does travel for conferences. The Texas Tech Health Science Center of El Paso does have close to 1,400 faculty and staff members. And many of the health care providers in their community received their training on the campus.
