Neugebauer also talked about the possibility of Lubbock getting a new V.A. clinic to replace the facility which has been outgrown here in Lubbock. He said that there have been discussions about expanding Lubbock’s facility and relocating it to the campus of Texas Tech University’s Health Sciences campus, which would allow access to many of the numerous specialty physicians available there.
