Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine to Host Commencement Ceremony

Medicine commencement ceremony

WHERE: Lubbock Memorial Civic Center Theatre, 1501 Mac Davis Lane
EVENT: Steven L. Berk, M.D., TTUHSC executive vice president, provost and School of Medicine dean, will preside over the School of Medicine commencement ceremony for 154 students.
This year’s commencement will include the first graduate of the Doctor of Jurisprudence/Doctor of Medicine Dual Degree Program. This joint program requires 6 years.
The graduates will begin residencies at TTUHSC and other top programs across the country including Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, UCLA, Brown University, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, Duke University and University of Virginia.
