Childhood Cancer Research Grant Awarded to Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center - Everything Lubbock
Everything Lubbock - The St. Baldrick’s Foundation, a volunteer-powered and donor-centered charity dedicated to raising money for childhood cancer research, is awarded a one-year, $57,811 grant to Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC).
This grant will support pediatric oncology patients in clinical trials and help fund a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) position within TTUHSC. The CRA will coordinate travel for remote patients, assist treating physicians in entry of the patients onto clinical trials, and assist in managing the pediatric oncology phase I trials.
