Texas Tech officials gathered Monday for a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Research and Technology Park that will bring faculty and students academic and business opportunities in conjunction with the private sector.
The first phase of the program will include a $29 million, 40,000 square-foot building that will be located directly west from the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center, he said.
