Pediatric Cancer Patients Day at Wonderland
WHAT: Pediatric oncology patients with the Texas Tech Physicians of Amarillo will be treated to a day of fun with their families at Amarillo’s Wonderland Amusement Park.
WHEN: Noon to 6 p.m., Sunday (June 8)
WHERE: Wonderland Amusement Park, 2601 Dumas Dr., Amarillo
EVENT: More than 60 pediatric oncology patients will be treated to a picnic lunch
and an afternoon of fun. This event is a joint effort between the Texas Tech University
Health Sciences Center at Amarillo, Panhandle Angels, the Outdoor Adventure Foundation
and Circle of Friends.
