A group of researchers at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center created a smartphone-app for expectant mothers, telling them what medications can be harmful during each trimester of their pregnancy and while breast-feeding.
On Tuesday, Mary Croyle, founder of the app, “Mommy Meds”, said the app was created to provide reliable safety ratings and other information on numerous medications.
