Future Health Professonals 'Got Talent'
WHAT: Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) medical students will host TTUHSC’s Talent Show.
WHEN: 7 p.m. Aug. 7
WHERE: Legacy Event Center, 1500 14th St.
EVENT: The talent show is an event to welcome the incoming School of Medicine class as well as a fundraiser for the South Plains Food Bank. Talent show participants will include students of all TTUHSC schools.
The event is sponsored by MusiCare, the TTUHSC Medical Student Government, the TTUHSC School of Medicine Office of Student Affairs and the TTUHSC Office of Student Services.
The talent show is open to all TTUHSC schools and the public. The cost is two canned food items to be donated to the South Plains Food Bank or $10. For more information, contact Matt Driver, second-year medical student and event organizer, at matthew.driver@ttuhsc.edu.
