Mayor Glen Robertson and the city council will issue a proclamation Thursday to officially recognize the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Nursing’s Larry Combest Community Health & Wellness Center. The proclamation will also include a formal acknowledgment of National Health Center Week.
