WBU garden gets facelift - MyPlainview

Wayland Baptist University’s community garden is in the process of getting a major facelift, thanks to the hard work of campus faculty and staff and a generous gift from the Garrison Institute on Aging at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. To that end, volunteers spent much of Monday putting down landscaping fabric and stacking cinderblocks as they put together raised beds at the garden site, located at the corner of Eighth Street and Utica.
