Texas Tech has launched El Paso’s first graduate school of biomedical sciences, marking another milestone in the school’s quest to become a full-fledged health sciences university. ... “The idea is to try to help develop the local workforce and give students who live in El Paso additional educational opportunities,” Miller says.
