Texas Tech Physicians Christmas in July for Kids
Santa Claus came early for three local community non-profit organizations. Texas Tech Physicians hosted Christmas in July for Kids and will present the proceeds at 11:30 a.m. Thursday (Aug. 2) at the Texas Tech Physicians Medical Pavilion, 3601 4th St.
Shhhhhh! Tranquility Only
When Jaroudi was a first-year student, she approached then Student Government President Mike Russell about a space to help alleviate stress for students. More than 100 students responded to a questionnaire wanting a tranquility room.

The U.S. News and World Report ranked the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) School of Medicine as the second most affordable medical school in the country for out-of-state students.
