WHAT: Texas Tech University System Chancellor Robert L. Duncan and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) President Tedd L. Mitchell, M.D., will announce the public phase of the Your Life, Our Purpose campaign.
WHEN: 3 p.m., Nov. 4
WHERE: TTUHSC Academic Classroom Building Courtyard, 3601 4th Street
EVENT: The Your Life, Our Purpose campaign’s goal is $150 million, and will go toward advancing education, research initiatives and patient care at all TTUHSC campuses.
The campaign event will debut artist’s renderings of the approved expansion to the TTUHSC Lubbock campus, which will add a conference center, educational space and state-of-the-art gross anatomy laboratory.
Your Life, Our Purpose will give scholarships to help assist students on all campuses. Additionally, campaign contributions will go to continuing TTUHSC research and projects working in conjunction with other institutions within the Texas Tech University System.
