State Representative Brooks Landgraf took center stage Saturday to talk education and transportation during a town hall meeting at Odessa College.
Local schools like the University of Texas of the Permian Basin and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center will be making big changes in their buildings. UTPB will receive $48 million for engineering and kinesiology buildings, and TTUHSC will receive $14 million for an academic building.
