Breastfeeding and expectant women have a new, cost-effective resource to research use of over-the-counter and prescription medications thanks to MommyMeds™. The smartphone app was unveiled today at the 2014 International Lactation Consultant Association Conference.
The app, which is a product of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center’s (TTUHSC) InfantRisk Center, brings mothers access to up-to-date information on medications and their safety during pregnancy and breastfeeding for $1.99.
