Not quite six months into his new job as chancellor of the Texas Tech University System, Robert Duncan said he is looking forward to the legislative session.

Duncan said he believes his first six months have gone well as the head of the Tech system, including the four component institutions of Texas Tech, Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, TTUHSC-El Paso and Angelo State University.
