Texas Tech University students will not pay more for tuition and fees in 2013 through 2014. The Lubbock Avalanche-Journal reports that the regents' vote Friday applies to in-state, undergraduate students enrolled in 15 semester credit hours at Texas Tech, its health sciences center and at Angelo State University in San Angelo.
