Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at El Paso will officially be a stand-alone campus in 2015 after Governor Rick Perry singed bill 120, making it official on Monday. The school will become the fourth school in the Texas Tech University School System, which includes Texas Tech University, Angelo State University, and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock.
