The Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at El Paso is seeking $116 million for two projects. Officials with the regional campus have said that to continue expanding the 4-year-old medical school, they need money for a second research building and a clinical sciences building that would provide support for the Children's Hospital of El Paso.
