Lecture to Focus on Exercise for Aging Adults
WHAT: The Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) Garrison Institute on Aging will present, “Strength, Savvy and Swagger: A Positive Message About Exercise for Aging Adults,” as a part of the Garrison Institute on Aging Healthy Aging Lecture Series.
WHEN: 4 to 5 p.m. Jan. 23 (Wednesday)
WHERE: TTUHSC Academic Classroom Building Room 100, 3601 Fourth St.
EVENT: The Healthy Aging Lecture Series is a free monthly educational program for the public to learn more about innovative research and health topics of interest to seniors.
