An El Paso teenager did something pretty unusual Friday. She gave a $4,500 gift to a local hospital. Cynthia Reyes suffers from a life threatening medical condition that affects her kidneys. The North Texas Make-A-Wish Foundation presented her with a $4,500 check, which she decided to hand over to the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
