Delia Tibbs, MPA, clinic office manager for Texas Tech Health Sciences Center’s Student Health Services, was chosen out of more than 400 applicants to participate in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Public Health Prevention Service Fellowship Program. Tibbs will begin her fellowship on Oct. 9.
