Parents talk about human development lessons - Odessa American

On Monday night, a couple of parents gathered in the cafeteria at New Tech Odessa to learn how to talk to their children about human growth and development.

Elisa Brown, a gynecologist and assistant professor at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, said the goal of the parent sessions is to help parents answer questions that their child might come to them with. Brown said this year they have already had two other parent sessions this year.
