A regular walk can have positive effects on your health. To help encourage area residents to stay healthy, Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is partnering with the Walk With a Doc program. The next walk is this Saturday, February 25th at 9:00am. It's at Westgate mall and is free for anyone to take part in. There will also be health screenings starting at 8:30am.
