TTU medical resident faces criminal charges - Fox 34

A Texas Tech Medical School resident faces criminal charges in connection with a fatal crash earlier this month. Thirty one year old David Patricio Gonzalez Gibler is jailed in Laredo on a Lubbock warrant for intoxication, manslaughter, and intoxication assault.
