With the hallways lined with dozens of boxed strollers, baby blankets and diapers, Linda Brice stood in front of a room full of individuals sitting at tables decorated in pastel pink, blue and yellow as she swirled a baby bath full of raffle tickets before pulling one out and cheerfully calling a name.
