A person in Lubbock was suspected of having Ebola in October after experiencing symptoms consistent with the virus.
But after testing, the virus was ruled out, said Ronald Cook, chairman for the department of Family and Community Medicine and physician at Texas Tech Physicians – Family Medicine.
