GET FiT, LUBBOCK is an 8-week challenge in which teams of 4 participants earn points for minutes of exercise, weight loss and attendance at community health events. The competition includes exercise and weight loss activities, encouragement and support from health and fitness professionals, and free GET FiT, LUBBOCK lectures. ...
