Brown County residents will have a chance to participate in "Drug Take Back Day" today, while Abilene-area residents will have a chance to participate in a similar event in mid-October. ... A similar event will be offered in Abilene from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 13. The "Medication Cleanout," presented by Hendrick Health System and the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Pharmacy, provides Taylor County residents the same sort of opportunity to safely and conveniently dispose of medications.
