The U.S. Supreme Court's passing on the Affordable Care Act will provide insurance for about 32 million people. However, some in the local medical community say that's noble, but they ask is it really granting health care access to everyone?
"Giving those folks an insurance card does nothing for access to care, geography is a problem for them," President of the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center Tedd Mitchell said.
