Texas Tech and the Tech System reported this week the results of the State Employee Charitable Campaign, which is held in conjunction with Lubbock Area United Way’s 11-week campaign. ... The overall SECC goal for West Texas, which includes the Lubbock, Midland, Odessa and Abilene areas, was around $940,000.
