WHAT: Chili’s Grill & Bar will host a Healthy Lubbock Night
WHEN: 4 to 10:30 p.m. Tuesday (May 31)
WHERE: Chili’s Grill & Bar location at 5805 Slide Road
EVENT: With each flyer presented on Healthy Lubbock Night, Chili’s Grill & Bar will donate 10 percent of those sales to Healthy Lubbock Day. To download the flyer, visit www.healthylubbock.org.
Healthy Lubbock Day 2011 is hosted by the Healthy Lubbock Initiative, a program of the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center Garrison Institute on Aging, Lubbock Area Foundation and the City of Lubbock Parks and Recreation. The Healthy Lubbock Initiative seeks to make Lubbock and its surrounding communities a healthier place by motivating people to become more active and make good nutrition choices. The event is 9 a.m. to noon Saturday (June 4) at Maxey Park, 4020 30th St.
