Texas Tech Chancellor Kent Hance will be guest speaker for tonight's Abilene Chamber of Commerce annual membership meeting and banquet.

As chancellor, Hance oversees 12 campuses, Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and Angelo State University. Prior to becoming chancellor, Hance was a partner in Hance, Scarborough, Wright, an Austin and Dallas law firm which specializes in state and federal administrative, regulatory and legislative law.
