Cultural diversity displayed at International Night

Students, faculty, staff and friends gathered April 22 at the Amarillo Civic Center
Grand Plaza for the School of Pharmacy’s International Night, an annual celebration of the diverse cultures within the school.
Many of the attendees represented their native country by dressing in traditional
clothing and by preparing food common to their culture. The event is hosted by the
Kappa Psi student organization.

School of Pharmacy
The School of Pharmacy was established in 1996 and now has campuses in Amarillo, Lubbock, Dallas and Abilene.
Since its inception, the school has played a significant role in addressing the state's
pharmacist shortage. Today, more than 90 percent of its graduates remain in Texas.
