Starting school with a Diabetes diagnosis

Before school starts, it's a good lesson for everybody to know the possible symptoms of diabetes. A problem could pop up anywhere. Whether you're in class, on the playground, or just walking down the hall, the child next to you could suddenly develop low blood sugar and need help.

 

Dr. Daina Dremaine is an endocrinologist in the Department of Pediatrics at the Texas Tech School of Medicine. She says any of these could be clues.
