The Check. Change. Control. Program by WOW!

The Check. Change. Control., a four-month program focuses on increasing physical activity, healthier eating and managing high blood pressure through education and tracking blood pressure. Monitoring your blood pressure over a period of time can provide you and your health care provider with a more accurate picture of the situation inside your arteries.
